The Aesthetics Blueprint is a 26 page in-depth guide on building a well-proportioned aesthetic physique. It is the methodology I use to train. It contains a 21 week regemented program. It also shows how each workout is structured so that you can easily create alternative workouts to use in addtion to the program if you wish. Aside from the workouts themselves, the aesthetics blueprint covers many other aspects of training such as:
- Training intensity (how hard should you train)
- Training frequency (how often should you train)
- Form (how to perform exercises correctly)
- Tracking (how to keep track of your progress and what to track)
- Warm up sets (how to implement warm-up sets to minimise risk of injury and improve performance)

Im from Mexico so excuse my english. Im very glad I purchased this guide as it was really helpful in order to get a structure for training and having real progress. Also, the first pages are really straightforward in terms of why How and How often train, it was definitely worth it.
